Got Chicken? Rotisserie that bird!
Coat whole chicken with Plantation Breader, cook on your grill rotisserie. Juicy, crisp, beautiful chicken!
Whole chicken, rinsed
Olive oil spray (vegetable oil may be substituted)
Set grill temp @ 325-350F.
Place rinsed and still damp birds on a tray. Rub each bird with Plantation Breader. Sprinkle the cavity with Breader and rub all around for seasoning from within.
Spray each bird with olive oil spray all over the outside. Coat birds with more Breader patting well. Let sit for a few minutes.
Secure the birds on the rotisserie rod. Cook according to grill directions. Cooking time varies according to the size of the birds and your grill.
