Mac and Gouda Cheese

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
4 Tbs. Butter
5 Tbs. Plantation Breader
3 cups milk
Salt and Pepper, to taste
4 oz. Gouda cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan, grated
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 ½ Tbs. melted butter

Preheat oven to 400⁰F.

Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add Plantation Breader and whisk until well combined. Pour in milk, stirring constantly as it thickens. Add Gouda and stir until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a large bowl or the empty boiling pot, combine the cooked macaroni and sauce. Stir well. Pour into a large casserole dish. Top with parmesan. In a small bowl, add breadcrumbs and 1 12 Tbs. butter and stir; evenly sprinkle over parmesan. Bake until golden, about 25 minutes
