Fish, oysters, shrimp, or scallops
Shortening (Crisco preferred) or Peanut Oil
Preheat shortening or peanut oil to 350-375⁰F
Moisten seafood, if necessary.
Roll seafood in Plantation Breader.
Carefully put seafood in hot shortening/oil and cook until golden brown.
